SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is 12 to 20 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 25 business days of your order being processed, please contact us at omniatrenda@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
