Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at omniatrenda@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
